First wave of 6 start at 9am.
In the water start, 15 minute swim in our 25 yard pool. 5 minute transition to our Auxilary Gym for a 15 minute ride on rode bikes mounted on calibrated magnetic trainers with strap pedals (running shoes recommended) supplied by Breakaway Bicycles. Then a 5 minute transition to our Field House for a 15 minute run on our 11 lap/mile indoor track.
