Train for a Half Marathon or Marathon
This 19 week training program is geared towards beginners looking to complete their first full marathon. The 15 week program is geared towards the half marathon. The Summer Safari group offers great support for your long runs with fun and supportive team leaders, a fun group atmosphere, unique courses and hydration. Note: You must be able to run 4 miles by the start of this program.

Full Marathon Information: Tuesday, June 12, 6pm at Gazelle Sports in Grand Rapids or Thursday June 14, 6:30pm at David D. Hunting YMCA. Half Marathon Information: Tuesday, July 10, 6pm at Gazelle Sports in Grand Rapids or Thursday, July 12, 6pm at David D. Hunting YMCA.

Training starts Saturday, June 16th for the full marathon group. The half marathon group will start July 14. Group trains Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30am We are getting you ready for the Grand Rapids full or half marathon on October 21, 2012, or a fall marathon that you are planning, we can help you to cross the finish line.
