About Thursday April 19, 2012 Harvest Health Foods 6807 Cascade Road SE Grand Rapids, MI 49546 About This Event Join Harvest Health and Gazelle Sports at the 3rd annual Green Day 6k Fun Run! We use this day to bring the public’s attention to the Earth and the effects our lifestyle is having on the planet. Gazelle Sports and Harvest Health Foods are giving this event back to the community as a way to say thank you for your support and to encourage you to make healthy and green choices. The Green Day 6k Fun Run will take place at Harvest Health Foods in Cascade. The health fair begins at 5:30 and goes till 8:00pm. Run begins at 6:30pm. 6k Course will be marked but roads will not be closed. Strollers and bikes are welcome. Parking Please park in the lots surrounding Harvest Health Foods but leave the parking in front for the event set up. Reduce Reuse Recycle - Earth Day Electronics Recycling Day with Comprenew Environmental. The Comprenew E-drop Trailer will be at Harvest Health from 5:00-9:00pm for FREE recycling of your old computers, audio/visual equipment, small appliances and miscellaneous electronics. Basic data wipe of computer hard drives is included. Most anything with a cord or battery is acceptable. For infomration about acceptable items call Comprenew at 616.988.8270.
