Gazelle Sports 5k Training Program - Heights of Hope 
Whether you're starting out, starting over, or looking to take your training to the next level, we want to get you to the finish line! Look forward to the Heights of Hope 5k run on August 9, 2014! The fun group atmosphere is a great way to train for a 5k!

Gazelle Sports Half Marathon Training Program
This training program is geared towards beginners looking to complete their first half marathon or full marathon, or runners who have already crossed the finish line. This group offers great support for your long runs with motivating team leaders at all paces. The half marathon and full marathon are both geared towards the Metro Health Grand Rapids Marathon but fit in well with any fall event.. Note: You must be able to run three miles by the start of this program.
Wednesday, June 11, 7pm at SIMIO PT
Saturday, June 14, 7am
Wednesdays at 6pm  Saturdays at 7am
