Returns and Exchanges:

What is Gazelle Sports’ eCommerce return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us for an exchange or a refund of your purchase price.

If you wish to Exchange any items you have purchased, follow the simple steps below:

  1. Call Customer Care at 866-493-5533 to request a UPS label for Free Return Shipping. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Give us a call and our trained staff will help you find exactly what you need. We will verify that we have the exchange item(s) that you need and secure them for your exchange
  2. You will receive an email (within 24 hours) with the UPS return label attached. You will need to print this out and tape it to your return box.
  3. Take the package to your local UPS store. To find the most convenient shipping location, please visit www.ups.com.
  4. Your NEW exchange item will ship within 2 business days of when we receive your returned product.

*If you would like to expedite the exchange process you are welcome place a new order online. Then, call us for a return label to ship back your original purchase. When we receive your item(s) for return, we will refund the amount of your original purchase, including shipping charges up to $6.95.


If you wish to Return any items you have purchased:

Please include a copy of your order confirmation in with the merchandise to be returned and send it back to 5311 36th St, Grand Rapids MI 49512. Please also write your order number on the outside of the box. We will credit your charge card within 48 hours from the date we receive your package. There is no need to contact Customer Care for a return.

IMPORTANT: Please send your return back to us in the original shipping box that it arrived in. If you are returning an item you are responsible for postage costs to ship the item(s) back to us. It is our policy to refund the cost of the merchandise only, shipping charges are non-refundable. Please save your tracking number for your security until you are able to verify a refund has been issued to your credit card. Product must be received back to Gazelle Sports within 90 days of purchase to receive credit via original form of payment.

Can I bring my online purchase into a Gazelle Sports retail store location to exchange or return?

Yes! We will return or exchange your online purchase in our retail stores. You must have your receipt in order for our sales staff to assist you.
