Nordic walking is a way of walking utilizing specially designed poles that allow you to exercise on any surface.  Easy to learn with no more physical exertion than regular walking, Nordic walking burns more calories, takes in more oxygen, relieves strain on hips, knees and ankles, tones the upper body, improves posture and optimizes time.

This 9 week training program will not only allow you to perfect your Nordic walking form but also increase your endurance to complete a 5k Nordic Walk!  Poles will be provided to all participants.
