"My husband and I visited your store (Grand Rapids location) yesterday, looking for a pair of running shoes. My husband has been experiencing shin pain when he runs, and this has caused him to have to slow down his training. While in your store, we were helped by a gentleman named Luke, who was able to guide my husband to a great purchase. Luke was very attentive and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time to get to know my husband, and found the perfect shoes and insoles to help him with his specific needs. Luke was not pushy in any way, and respected our budget constraints.
