"I am just starting to train for my first ever run, and just starting to get into running. I came to your store with a lot of unanswered questions and also looking for some direction. I was pleasantly greeted by a man named TJ. He took it upon himself to go way above and beyond to make sure i got the perfect pair of shoes and insoles. While he was sizing my feet and having me try on multiple pair of shoes, he was able to take any and all of my probably bone head questions about running, and answered them in a way i could easily relate to. He was very encouraging and extremely up beat about me being interested in running. I am a bigger guy weighting 265# and he was very supportive to that aspect because he said at one time he too was a bigger guy and just decided to start running. Well i am starting to ramble a little so ill let you go, but in closing. I have been to many stores and dealt with many salespeople and very few were as pleasant and knowledgeable as your TJ. Thank you for the great shopping experience and knowledgeable staff you and your team should be commended."
