"I have to tell you guys how much I appreciate your GREAT customer service. I went to your Holland store and walk in with a pair of shoes in my hands that I had bought a few months ago. I met your Store Manager Kyle Klooster as I walked in. Without even saying a word Kyle knew what my problem was and took care of me right away. When you have good customer service and your customer feel they are being treated right, big problems somehow don’t feel so big. You have a loyal customer in me and I will never go anywhere but your store for all my running needs. I have a marathon in DC to run at the end of the month, the last thing I wanted to worry about was my shoes. Now I don’t have to. Kyle and Gazelle’s are the best."
