UPPER: Like the other adiZeros, the upper is made with full-grain leather, which makes the shoes more comfortable. It also contains SPRINTSKIN technology, which is a single layer of revolutionary synthetic material, that fits like a glove, and makes these boots as fast as can be. The internal TPU support bands enhance stability and support, which make the F50 adiZeros a shoe that you can wear all day long.
MIDSOLE: The middle of these adidas F50s use an ultralight sockliner which is carefully designed to add comfort without adding weight. A second pair of comfort sockliners comes with the shoe as well, for even more optional comfort.
OUTSOLE: The outsole uses a cutting-edge Sprint frame outsole, which offers the most stability at the lightest weight. TRX TPU outsole has a new and improved stud configuration to allow quick accelerations and fast turns without any slipping or sliding.

"I was in about 2 weeks ago with my mom, Suzette. I appreciate your postcard!! I just wanted to update you... So far I have done 5 jog/walks. I am currently doing about 25-30 minutes per time, with a 5 min warm up, then alternating jogging for 1 min and walking for 2 min, and the last cycle I walk for a 5 min cool down.
