The Vibram FiveFingers Sprint will take you over wet rock, hot sand, thorns in the woods - just about anywhere your active life takes you - with no problem, and no worries about hurting your feet. With an adjustable hook-and-loop closures over the instep and around the heel your feet will feel secure and wrapped in protection. The thin, abrasion resistant polyamide stretch fabric fits the contours on your feet. Non-marking TC1 performance rubber sole is razor-siped to move water and create a sure-footed grip on any terrain.

Vibram Men's FiveFingers Sprint
These shoes are very comfortable for wearing around. It takes a couple days for your feet not to be sore at the end of the day, but it's worth it. My feet are stronger. I was less pleased with running in them. The strap across the top consistently chafed my feet and caused bleeding. Still, i have been injury free after starting training in these shoes. conceptually, though, i love these shoes enough to buy another model. I'm going with the flow model for cold weather running (in wool toe socks) and for warm water scuba diving.
