Catch® Paddles are designed to develop a better feel for the water. Extended side-blade design overexaggerates the "catch phase" of all strokes, making technique imperfections easier to feel. Smaller paddle surface area reduces shoulder stress. Our patent pending Catch® Paddles are designed to be used in conjunction with regular training paddles.

- Can be used to improve stroke technique for all four strokes
- Incorporate into power workouts to develop race-feel and technique at closer to race speeds
- Multiple strap options allow you to customize paddle to fit your hand as well as exaggerate the stroke's "catch phase" by increasing the amount of resistance created by extended side-blade. Can size paddle up or down to create more or less exaggerated "catch" during entry phase of stroke
- Made of lightweight PVC foam for extra flexion
