Body Glide is at the top of my list of running must-haves. I put it on my feet before every run, and have been pretty much blister-free for the past 7 years!! And on those long runs on hot summer days, it goes to all my chafing hot-spots. I love how it, well, glides on smoothly and evenly and it seems to last forever. One last great thing: I slather it on my heels--where those deep cracks show up--and it really helps to soften them up!! All in all, one of my most favorite things!
