"I just returned from the Kzoo store and wanted to let you know what a great crew you've got there. I really enjoy the experience when I go there, both for runs like Wednesday Night Live and for getting all my running gear. I purchased the Yaktrax XTR last night. I took them for a run at Al Sabo and they broke 4 miles in. I took them back to the store and Joe exchanged them for a new pair, No questions asked. In my experience, people typically voice opinions more when they have bad experiences, so I wanted to let you know that the Kzoo store is one of the best places around."
