It’s ready to play in our 2nd Skin Pop Heather, Lolë’s four-way stretch, softly flecked polyester/elastane blend. Our tunic is a hot tamale, but you’ll be as cool as a cucumber with mesh at the back and a mesh-lined skirt for breathability . "I was in about 2 weeks ago with my mom, Suzette. I appreciate your postcard!! I just wanted to update you... So far I have done 5 jog/walks. I am currently doing about 25-30 minutes per time, with a 5 min warm up, then alternating jogging for 1 min and walking for 2 min, and the last cycle I walk for a 5 min cool down.
