"I was in about 2 weeks ago with my mom, Suzette. I appreciate your postcard!! I just wanted to update you... So far I have done 5 jog/walks. I am currently doing about 25-30 minutes per time, with a 5 min warm up, then alternating jogging for 1 min and walking for 2 min, and the last cycle I walk for a 5 min cool down. My next workout I plan to jog for 90 seconds, and walk for 2 minutes. I am so excited to be doing this. I just can't believe that I am a *runner*. I never in a million years thought I would be in this great place in body & mind.
