Yes! That's what we do! Our fit process takes into account your individual biomechanics and needs when assessing options. And, boy, do we have a wealth of options when it comes to shoes! With an individualized fit process and extensive shoe selection, including a wide range of widths, you and your feet are going to walk out of our store happy. We guarantee it!

A large part of this goal revolves around having a team well-equipped with both the knowledge and experience to be able to answer any questions coming our way, as well as knowing which questions we need to ask you to offer solutions and a positive experience.
What to Expect & Helpful Hints
- Shoe fittings take time: It's helpful to have at least 30 minutes for your shoe fitting so we can fully evaluate your needs and provide you with the best fit.
- Wear comfy clothes: It's also smart to wear clothes you're comfortable moving in, just in case you want to take those shoes for a little jog around the store. Plus, many of our locations have a treadmill for you to really put the shoes to the test.
- Bring in orthotic inserts and/or old shoes: If you have orthotic inserts you plan to wear in your new shoes, bring them in! Adding inserts often changes the overall fit of shoes. Also, bring in any old running or walking shoes you've used in the past. Inspecting how those have worn will also tell us about what you might need in your next shoes.
- Be ready to talk: We want to hear all about you. The more information you provide us, the better we'll be able to fit your specific needs. So come in ready to answer some questions and really dig into what your fit needs might be!
