Priority Health Run Camp - Couch to 5k!!

Trains for Gazelle Girl 5k and/or the Fifth Third River Bank Run 5k

Be a part of Priority Health Run Camp as we train for two of West Michigan's premier events, the Fifth Third River Bank Run 5k and/or Gazelle Girl 5k. This Couch to 5k program is a great first step for beginners. Train with others just like you, get expert coaching and encouragement while you train for a 5k!

We've designed this 18 week training program for beginner runners looking to complete their first half marathon or full marathon as well as runners who have already crossed the finish line but would like to run a personal best! Our training program offers significant support on your long runs by providing experienced coaches, unique and varied routes, nutrition and hydration stations. The half marathon and full marathon programs are both geared towards the Metro Health Grand Rapids Marathon, but fit in well with any fall event. Note: You must be able to run four miles by the start of this program. An annual membership to Grand Rapids Running Club is also included with this program.

Gazelle Sports Triathlon Training Program
This 8 week outdoor training program for beginners and experienced triathletes. We train for the August 2nd Millennium Triathlon. Sprint distance and Olympic distance training schedules will be offered to participants. Our program is perfect for brand new triathletes who aspire to cross the finish line of their first tri! Veterans, our program provides structured workouts and training to help you reach your personal goals! We can work with you to cater a program according to your unique needs! Basic swimming skills required. Participants must have bike suitable for riding and helmet.
