Gazelle Sports 5k Training Program - Gazelle Girl 5k (Women only)
Gazelle Sports is teaming up with Nike to host an inaugural, all women event, called the Gazelle Girl Half Marathon! This half marathon and 5k event will be held in Downtown Grand Rapids on April 13, 2013. Join us as we train for the Gazelle Girl 5k in a fun, friendly, women only environment.

This 8 week training group is a Women Only training group for the beginner 5k runner who wants to run the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure 5k. Join the nearly 7,000 runners in September 2013 who will participate in this awesome event.

The half marathon and full marathon are both geared towards the Metro Health Grand Rapids Marathon but fit in well with any fall event. Note: You must be able to run four miles by the start of this program.

Gazelle Sports Triathlon Training Program - Millennium Triathlon
This is a great opportunity to train for a summer triathlon! Whether you're starting out or starting over, we want to get you to the finish line! Basic swimming skills required. Participants must have bike suitable for riding and helmet.
